Prospect Hill Fall Book Fair 

The Prospect Hill Fall Book Fair fundraiser will take place Wednesday, December 5 through 7th. Here is the schedule:

  • Tuesday 12/4, Set-Up 9am-11:30am
  • Wednesday 12/5, 8am-3:30pm AND 6pm-8pm
  • Thursday 12/6, 8am-3:30pm
  • Friday 12/7, 8am-4pm, Clean-Up 4pm-5:30pm

To volunteer to help with cashiering shifts, set-up & break-down and view scheduled class visit times, click volunteer.

Lunchtime Enrichment Registration Opens Soon!

Mark your calendars! Lunchtime Enrichment registration kicks off on December 6, 2018 at 9pm! The Prospect Hill Winter Lunchtime Enrichment program offers a variety of engaging, interesting, and educational classes. For the equivalent of $12.00 - $15.00/lunch hour, students have 8 fun weeks of using their bodies and brains to beat the winter blahs! 

Registration opens on Thursday, December 6th at 9 pm via bookeo.com/prospecthillpta. We will be using a new booking system this year, and you have the option to create an account either in advance, or at the time of booking. 

Prospect Hill Site Base Committee Game Drive

As part of the School Kindness Campaign, the Prospect Hill Site Base Committee is collecting gently used games for our students to play when they have indoor recess. The Committee is  hoping with a vast variety of activities and choices for your child to do when they are inside, will make indoor recess a better experience for everyone! If you are able to help, you can drop off your donation at your earliest convenience, with our greeter. More Information on Games for Kindness

Traffic Safety Enforcement

The Pelham Manor police will be stepping up their efforts to enforce traffic and parking regulations around Prospect Hill.  We should all ensure that we are following the rules of the road and being mindful of pedestrians while driving and parking around the school.  

Class Dues

Separate from annual PTA dues, we ask each family contribute to $30.00 to a class fund. Annual PTA dues go towards general school support and class dues go to your child's class specifically. Class dues pay for event supplies throughout the year teacher gifts during the holidays and at year-end. Please purchase "Class Dues (K-4)" Wolff Faculty Shop in Our Store
 Or send cash or a check payable to Prospect Hill PTA in an envelope marked "Grade Treasurer" with your child's name and teacher and have your child give it to his/her teacher.
