Principal's Message

March 13, 2023

Dear Families,

MARCH Madness comes to Prospect Hill!

This month we will have Prospect Hill’s first Tournament of Picture Books!  We are hoping this tournament adds some excitement during these long weeks in March. Books were chosen from the NY Times Bestseller lists and award winners, and we are excited to share them with kids K-5!

Teachers have been reading a total of 16 books to the class.  Students are voting and the top 8 books will be revealed in 2 weeks.  Students will cast a second vote on those titles with the top 4 being revealed. After a third vote, the final book will be declared the winner on March 31st.  The kids are excited and we will be sure to share the winner with you all!

Reminders for Drivers

  • Please make sure if you are driving and walking your child to their line spot that you park your car in a legal spot.

  • If you are dropping off on Clay Avenue you must pull over to the right (house side) and have your child use the sidewalk to walk to the crosswalk,  where the crossing guard can help them safely cross the street.

Have a great week!
